Welcome to VIP Floristry! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

  • These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time, and those changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 through our website.
  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We provide delivery-only services in the Houston area and select surrounding zip codes. We do not offer shipping services.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the following day.
  • We aim to deliver within 3-5 hours of order placement, but this is not guaranteed. Deliveries may extend beyond our business hours.
  • For rush deliveries or specific delivery times, please contact us at (713) 338-2980 after placing your order. Additional fees may apply.
  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will leave the order at the recipient's doorstep. If a second delivery is required, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

4. Availability of Products

  • Some flowers and plants may not be available year-round. We will substitute unavailable items with similar flowers, maintaining the value and design.
  • In the event we cannot fulfill your order as requested, we will contact you to offer a substitution or refund.

5. Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy on hard goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, excluding fresh flowers. Our fresh flower guarantee is 3 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

All refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the company. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for the return to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to contact us by phone regarding your item. If the exchange is accepted, you will return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and other issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item to be defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Fresh flowers have a 3-day guarantee, no exceptions.

Non-returnable items / Final sale

Herbs, flowers, plants, and topiaries cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If you need to cancel an order, contact us at (713) 338-2980.
  • Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
