Delivery pricing
Pricing is based on destination: delivery runs $8–$20 by distance, and every area earns free delivery above a spend threshold ($60–$150). Some farther areas carry an order minimum. Enter a ZIP above for the exact numbers for your address.
If no one is available
If no one is available, we may leave the arrangement in a reasonably safe location when appropriate. If another delivery attempt is needed, an additional delivery fee may apply. Full details are in our terms.
Address details that help
Apartments and gated communities: include the unit number and any gate or access codes. Offices and businesses: include the business name, suite or floor, and the recipient's phone number so we can reach them on arrival.
If something isn't right
Every fresh-flower delivery carries a 3-day guarantee. Inspect the arrangement when it arrives, and if anything is defective or damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right. If a stem is ever unavailable, we substitute similar flowers of equal value and design — or contact you to offer a substitution or refund. Full details in our terms of service.
